Course & drink

Everything in the menu are course meals. Each course uses Seasonal food as the main ingredient, there being ten to fifteen items including. Hida beef, Sashimi, Tempura, etc. The beverage menu includes a wide variety with Japanese sake, beer, and wine.

This course is served at a traditional charcoal grill hearth in a cosy cottage. Minimum 4 people required.

Seating Information

Across the stone courtyard, there’s a little cottage separate from the main restaurant. The room features old Japanese country cottage with quaint atmosphere. A big table top made of a solid timber of white pine can seat parties of up to ten people.

Hida beef

Wagyu

This course is mainly composed of the highest class Wagyu(Hida beef). Besides the main dish there are appetizers, seasonal salad, rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and a dessert course.
Japan's unique, it recommends the sukiyaki and shabu-shabu.

You can use the whole space of the restaurant and enjoy having private time. There are hearth meals using the best of ingredients, you can do barbeque-style in the garden, and in the winter you can have meals in a snow hut, a special trait of a snowy location. The meals are a course that also is taken special care with their performance, of course. This course is recommended for groups.

This course starts with welcome drink at bar counter and then move on to the cottage for charcoal grill. The best seasonal cuisine will be served for your personal luxury. The entire restaurant is at your service.

Drink

For Japanese sake there is the local kind of Hida, of course, but also there is also sake from famous breweries. Wine is also selected to match the Japanese food. There is also beer and whiskey, etc. specially selected by the owner.
